Fleet Management System (PalTrack)
Fleet management is an essential service for individuals, organizations and companies which plays an important role in increasing the drivers safety, minimizing the damages to the vehicles, and managing the use of the vehicle among many users by recording the time of usage by each driver, schedule maintenance of the vehicle, control the safety checklist, control the fuel usage, and secure the vehicle in case of theft.
This system is divided into two parts: The tracking part and the fleet management part which both are integrated and accessed using the same online dashboard.
For the tracking part a small device (tracker) is required to be installed inside the car which sends and receives signals from and to a special server. The server tracks the location of the vehicle every 10 second and stores it in a secured database in the cloud. The stored data can be accessed through our online dashboard. The data can be viewed in different formats: As a map showing the route of the vehicle including the speed in each moment or as a report of trips or events and alerts.
The fleet management part adds sense to the data that has been stored. These are some features that will help understanding this part:
- Assign drivers to each vehicle
- Record the the time and fuel usage by each driver for each vehicle.
- Set maintenance schedules for each vehicle
- Set a safety checklist for each vehicle
- Set a series of alerts such as speed excess, alerts in case of accidents by using the shock sensors
- Record the important events of each vehicle: for example total stops
Navigation system (PalNavi)
It is all connected! Any navigation system without a decent map is worthless. Our navigation system uses our most recent map with all the updated details. PalNavi is the first navigation system in Palestine that supports both voice guidance in Arabic and English. It can be downloaded for free from the our website, Google Play Store or 1 Mobile Market.
